Building times may vary, but on average a new home construction timeline is about four to five months.
Yes, the county inspectors are responsible for visiting each construction site at different stages to ensure that construction is proceeding according to code requirements. Builders must pass all inspections to proceed. If anything is found to be non-compliant the county may issue fines and require a re-inspection.
