The founding force behind Epic Homes, Joey Hipps is a homebuilding industry veteran with nearly thirty years of experience in custom and semi-custom new home design and construction. His personal passion for quality and craftsmanship drives the high standards to which each and every new Epic home must adhere. In addition, Joey’s extensive expertise makes him an invaluable resource for new home buyers seeking to make custom changes to their new home to suit their unique taste and lifestyle.
A graduate of Kennesaw State University, Joey began his career in homebuilding as a Construction Superintendent for a regional homebuilder and steadily progressed up the ranks, eventually becoming the company’s Chief Operating Officer eight years later. He subsequently founded Epic Homes with a focus on providing both exceptional quality and exceptional value to meet or exceed the expectations of even the most discerning new home buyers.
